How does the test generator work?
Choose a subject, the topics you want, an optional paper and years, and a total mark target. Apollo picks real past-paper questions that add up to that target and puts them into a printable question paper with a matching mark scheme.
Is it free?
Yes. You can generate a few tests a day without an account. There's also a site-wide daily limit, and both reset at midnight UTC. With a free Apollo account you can keep generating tests and have your answers marked.
Where do the questions come from?
Every question is a real Cambridge, AQA, OCR or Pearson Edexcel past-paper question, cropped from the original paper together with its official mark scheme.
Can I print the test?
Yes. The question paper and mark scheme are both A4 PDFs, so you can view them in the browser, download them, or print them.
