How students, parents, guardians, and authorized representatives can ask for account access, correction, export, or deletion.

Last updated: June 3, 2026

Requests you can make

  • Access the personal information Apollo holds about your account.
  • Correct profile, account, or learning data that is inaccurate.
  • Export account and learning records where technically available and legally required.
  • Delete your account and learner data, subject to limited retention for security, backups, legal obligations, or dispute handling.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable law gives you that right.

How to request help

Email Apollo from the account address involved in the request. Include the type of request, the account email or username, and enough detail for us to identify the data. We may ask for more information to verify the request before changing or releasing account data.

Parents, guardians, and schools

A parent, guardian, school, or authorized representative can contact Apollo about a learner account. We may need proof of authority before disclosing, changing, or deleting learner data.

What deletion covers

Deletion requests are intended to remove or de-identify account profile data, student learning records, uploaded learner files, AI chat history, generated tests, and related workspace data. Public curriculum resources, platform security logs, and records Apollo must keep for legal or abuse-prevention reasons may remain outside account deletion.

Response timing

Apollo will respond as required by applicable law. Complex requests, safety reviews, school-authorized accounts, or backup deletion cycles may take additional time.
